This is now common for media to use saffron as slang.saffron hooliganism ,saffron brigade ,saffron protest, are all the words used by entire media while reporting news about Shreeram Sene opposing Valentine day .This time I heard a new slang saffronite.

All those who believe that ours is and shall continue to be a free society, despite the likes of the Sene, will thoroughly approve of the 'pink chaddi' campaign which should get the saffronites' knickers in a twist. However, some might disagree with the definition of pink as a 'frivolous' colour. In fact, in the semantics of shade, pink conveys a power of meaning.

Saffron is a colour of renunciation . Sarva-Sang -Parityagi Sanyasin;the one who sheds off all his bonding about worldly things is revered in our culture।The word Bhagawa is a prakrit word for Bhagawan Buddha in Pali.
But agenda is clear ; Defame anything which is Hindu.
Thus generating new slang !!

This news tell about incidence occurred in Chennai express.The local students group misbehaved with girl students of college in Pune.So it resulted in heated exchange of words then fighting and then looting .But story depicts entire incidence as कन्नडिगांची (I.e. Kannada speaking student beating )मराठी विद्यार्थ्यांना मारहाण (Marathi student).The issue of Maharashtra --Karnatak dispute about Belgaon is on boil and In such a surcharged atmosphere this news will definitely make impact on readers. But as described in news is it really Marathi Vs. Kannada students? Anyone who reads entire news will automatically come to a conclusion that it is not the case of Kannada students Vs. Marathi students.Then why such irresponsible reporting causing division of society ? Belagaon issue may be important but to report this news in such perverted manner is using emotions of people for promotion of newspaper sales .Media always reports news about any dispute between 2 sections of Hindu society in this manner but uses utmost restraint while presenting news about Hindu -Muslim or Hindu- Christian dispute.Why double standards?

This story in Mumbai mirror is about CPI(M) MP from Kerala Shri Abdullah Kutty .He entered BJP. But the news used the word saffron outfit. What is meaning of this terminology?
Media never used the word Red outfit for CPI or CPI (M) and also Green outfit for India Union Muslim League or Blue outfit for BSP or RPI. Why so special obsession on part of media about the color saffron only!! Saffronisation and saffron terror are 2 more examples. In a land of Swami Vivekananda Saffronisation now is a new age slang .Thanks to these media experts for innovating new words!!!
